Short Profile
Build the skills to guide organisations through change—where technology, data and people meet. Digital Transformation Management (DTM) at SRH Haarlem is an English-taught bachelor that blends business, technology and change leadership. You’ll learn how to map processes, translate strategy into digital roadmaps, manage data and platforms, and lead teams through adoption—ethically and sustainably.
Teaching follows our CORE approach (compact five-week modules, small classes, real client briefs, continuous coaching). From day one you’ll work on challenges like customer-journey redesign, workflow automation, AI & data use-cases, and service innovation—building a portfolio that proves impact.
Situated in the Amsterdam–Haarlem tech and startup corridor, you’ll connect with companies via projects, internships and guest mentors. By graduation you’ll be able to analyse problems, design practical solutions, manage stakeholders, and deliver measurable outcomes.
Typical paths include digital project management, product ownership, business analysis, process & service design, data-driven strategy, change & adoption, and tech consulting. Intakes usually start in September and February.
In short: become the translator between strategy, users and technology—turning ideas into useful, used, and usable change.
